2025 was a period of transition for EMS and I was tasked with project managing a POS rollout that was intended to stabilise sales and while plans were laid for the brands new direction. I created a suite of POS that refined and modernised the EMS formula whilst also keeping within the existing brand guidelines in order to keep a cohesive visual identity across the brand as well as retaining good brand recognition.
There were opportunities to build upon the generic suite with campaigns that were intended to feel new and test different ideas with an AB testing approach.

Campaign

Mountain Warehouse wanted a campaign that highlighted the diverse range of new products  that had been injected into the business and convey to customers that whatever they need ‘we have’. I created a suite of POS highlighting a range of different products, including footwear, jackets and bags.
